You don’t need to worry about how many calories are in pasta salad with this delicious recipe that calls for fat-free Italian dressing, your choice of veggies, and some freshly ground pepper. Sound good?
You will need:
- 10 ounces fusilli pasta
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- ¾ cup fat free Italian-style dressing
Instructions:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water.
Combine pasta, onion, bell pepper, tomatoes, and mushrooms in a large bowl.
Pour enough dressing over to coat; toss and refrigerate until chilled.
