Fresh Tomato Salad

This tomato cucumber pepper salad has fresh tomatoes, cucumber, onion, green pepper, and herbs.

You will need:

  • 5 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

Instructions:

Combine tomatoes, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, basil, parsley, garlic, and vinegar in a large bowl; toss well. Season with salt and pepper.

Chill salad in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
